Microsoft excel is used to mainly deal with figures. There are some reports that are so mathematical in that when they are compiled in Microsoft word, the result is usually a disaster. The work will not be neat and the figures will not be properly aligned with the words in a symbiotic way. Another problem with compiling figures in Microsoft word is that it is very tedious. This is in the sense that calculations will have to be made and without the formulae for excel then that is going to be really difficult. Tables have to be created and a lot of errors might be made because it is really easy to miss something out. That is why excel should be used at whole times when it comes to compiling such numerical reports. The first thing to know is how to use excell and the most important thing is to actually have the Microsoft office installed in the computer. When excel is opened it will look like a page with a lot of rows and columns. The trick is learning how to select he columns, how to write in the cells and also how to do the calculations. |

From the time that I was young, I grew with the interest of wanting to know more about the computers. I used to see my dad work to his computer and the more I saw the magic of computer in performing his duties, the more I wanted to learn. However, he was so strict in his computer that he never wanted anyone near it. But being the naughty girl that I was, I ensured that I had a glimpse of how the computer works every time he opened it and left for a while without closing. It is with this interest that I have now grown to know so much in the computes. From my primary classes, I ensured that I never missed computer lessons as I had a lot to learn from it. And as I went through my college, I was sure that I had learned almost everything in the working of the computer. It is not until I was employed in a Non-governmental Organizations that I knew that I still have a lot to learn. But how do i scan a document into word? This is now my greatest fear because if I do not get to learn how to do the scanning, I may as well lose my job. |

Most of the times when we use our computers to type our work, we most of the times save it in the computer. One can choose to save it so that they can be accessing it at anytime that they will feel like. If it is some information that you do not want any other person to see it then you can just transfer it to your flash disk or you can protect it by creating a password. If you are using the word 2007 then you can lock the document that you have the information in. For you to do a word 2007 lock document you will need to have a Developer tab which will be displayed on your screen. To get it displayed you simply go to Office button then word options. You should click on show developer tab in ribbon. Anytime that you type your information and you want to protect it then you will be selecting the whole document. Then from the Controls group , you can click on the Group command. |

I do not like change because I take a lot of time to adjust to that change and to me that is a lot of waste of time. The one area where change is inevitable is where a computer is concerned. This is because in order for a computer to operate better, then one needs to make sure that it is constantly updated. This updates can range to computer programs, the operating systems and the anti virus software for the computer. There was this one time where I kept on ignoring when I would get prompted by the computer to update the version of the anti virus so that the computer would perform better. My argument was as long as the anti virus that was there was working well, then the update was unnecessary. I was very wrong and this cost me a lot. The old version of the anti virus got overpowered by a virus that affected my windows office and the problem started manifesting when I started experiencing problem with excel 2003. It would refuse to execute simple commands and it eventually stopped working. |

A computer without a word processor is nothing cause it can not perform the tasks that are required. Almost everything that we do in a computer one has to use the Microsoft word so that they can move to another program. A word processing program helps one in typing, and editing of a document. Once you type whatever that you want in your document you can save it in your computer or you can save it as a portable document form. Well, at times when using your word 2007 you might find yourself experiencing difficulties as you use it. Getting messages like word 2007 errors are mostly likely to happen if your word has any problem. Most of the times , you always find that the software graphic interface that is mostly used in a word processing program is the one that slows down the performance of your computer. This is usually the case if your computer does not have enough space for your memory. You should find help from the Microsoft company either online or contacting them. |

Computers need different components for it to be complete and ready to use. Monitor is an important component because computer can’t be used without it. One should use a cable to connect monitors and cpu so that it can be of much usable. The cable runs between port of a cpu and that of a monitor. All people should take good care of their bodies so they can enjoy life more. If a person is sick you find one doesnnt have strength to eat and to move from one place to another. You will find others have lost a lot of weight because of their condition. People are advised to eat well and good food which is good for their bodies. There are people who have a tendency of visiting hospitals only when they are sick and feeling dizzy. Itts appropriate for a person to visit hospitals even when they are not sick for check ups such as cancer and other diseases which are delicate. Computers in today's day and age makes it possible for one to carry out some duties that previously took a lot of time. This means that if you look at some things like printing of cards, brochures and other materials, it takes a very short time to ensure that one has gotten them done. Whereas in the past it would not have been the case because the printing methods were quite slow. But with the invention of computers and all the uses that have come with them, it means that we are at a good place where all is possible. For a computer to be able to carry out the work that it should carry, then it should have Computer Hardware which is very important because without it nothing can be run on that particular computer. Rosalyn has been working for this company for almost seventeen years. Yes, it is indeed a long time. She never had problems with her bosses before, as they were usually very complacent with her work performance. Her attention was not really called even while she was reporting late for work and was often absent. But everything changed when suddenly there was a change in management. All of a sudden, Rosalyn was in hot waters. She was regularly called for conference by her bosses, where she is given feedback regarding her unsatisfactory performance at work. Finding herself at a loss, Rosalyn seeks assistance from benefit advice line. She refers her case and asks whether her absences should be taken against her. Her argument is that she was only availing of her benefits so why should it in any way affect her performance evaluation. Surely, this argument will have to go a long way since Rosalyn is vent on standing by her principles regarding the matter. Her bosses have tried to talk to her very calmly but Rosalyn just refused to take the matter sitting down. |

I am unfortunately going to be finding myself unemployed very shortly and i am going to need to claim some benefits for this. I have never had to claim before as i have been working since i was 17 and never been out of work for more than a week at a time. I do not know much about the unemployment benefits england has to offer. I know a lot of people come over here and seem to claim them ok so im sure i should also be able to without much hassle. I did pop into my local jobcentre but they were not much help to be honest. They handed me some forms but its all well and good having forms to fill in but they do not answer my questions and people at the jobcentre seem to have no time for me they are always really busy, im not sure doing what to be honest though. I suppose my only option really is to fill this thing out and send it off and see what happens. |

I have never met a person who is as hungry for knowledge just as my good friend, Cheryl is. I always believed she should have been a scientist so that she can make good use of her curiosity and experimental attitude. You see, this friend of mine is a risk taker and one who is always ready for an adventure. But what is truly admirable about her is her genuine and undying thirst to learn new things. Her many interests allow her more opportunities to learn and I tell you, she has indeed a wide array of interests waiting to be explored. Among her many passions aside from cell phones, are computers. In fact, just very recently, she learned how to connect tmobile tap to computer. Hats off to her, because how many of us can actually do that, right? She was so happy about it and really proud of another achievement. Now, she can add this one to her long list of things that she can do well. Needless to say, Cheryl is really one of a kind. |

Merryl has been using a macbook pro 15 inch for the past 2 years and she said the performance of her laptop is exemplary. The only thing she disliked about the unit is the mouse that came with it which was also manufactured by Apple and was designed for the macbook laptop. She hated the fact that the mouse does not have a rick click on it unlike all the other regular mouse she has tried before which both the right and the left click. So she went looking for a mouse that can be used on both windows and mac and she found one which has a really simple design. It is a targus wireless mouse which comes in various shades of color. She decided to buy the purple one and when she got the product she skimmed through the manual to find out how to connect targus wireless mouse to a macbook. She has been tinkering around it for a bit and she keeps staring at her mouse as if amazed by the design or the color. It is rather silly. |
