Why many young people who become doctors go back home to practice their skills

When I was a child I always thought that the only jobs that people had to do was to go to an office and sit in front of a computer, and type a lot of things and then thereafter, go home with a briefcase that had a lot of papers that were supposed to be signed later. When I grew up, and that was in walsall, I realized that there were many jobs out there that people could indulge in other than necessarily sitting in an office the whole day. I went to school of medicine and when I graduated, I decided to practice in a hospital back home in walsall. I had to do a walsall job for doctors. All the time that I was in school away from home, I always wanted to go back home and put my skills in to practice. This was a way of thanking the community for raising me up in to the success that I was today, and there is something that have never changed, there is no place like home.
